AIB All Ireland Club SHC Semi-Finals

Na Piarsaigh (Limerick) v Slaughtneil (Derry), Parnell Park, 2pm

Na Piarsaigh, All Ireland club champions in 2016, reclaimed the Limerick and Munster titles in the winter.

An accomplished outfit, packed with inter-county talent, Na Piarsaigh are intent on returning to Croke Park on St Patrick's Day.

Slaughtneil, though, remain one of the great stories earning further club glory in Ulster.

Cormac O'Doherty struck 1-10 in the provincial decider against Ballygalget, while Chrissy McKaigue, Brendan Rogers, and Brian Cassidy continue to impress.

Shane Dowling missed Na Piarsaigh's Munster campaign, but could feature on Saturday following a serious knee injury.

The Breens, Dempseys, Kevin Downes, and Ronan Lynch are important players for a star studded Na Piarsaigh.

Cuala (Dublin) v Liam Mellows (Galway), Semple Stadium, 4pm

Holders Cuala, still being prompted by the splendid Con O'Callaghan, impressed once more in Dublin and Leinster.

Liam Mellows, managed by former Clare selector Louis Mulqueen, earned their first Galway crown since 1970 and will be anxious to make a solid start in Thurles.

David Collins, Tadhg Haran, and Aonghus Callanan have previously featured for Galway and are influential figures for Mellows.

Cuala's panel is sprinkled with talented performers with Oisin Gough, Cian O'Callaghan, Paul Schutte, Darragh O'Connell, David Treacy, and Con O'Callaghan competent performers.

Mattie Kenny's outfit are eager to retain the title they won in such classy and convincing fashion last March.
