Buoyed up by two early wins Kerry will want to make another statement against Monaghan in Inniskeen.

Malachy O'Rourke's team, though, are a solid Division One outfit, who carved out an important win over Kildare.

That was an encouraging result for Monaghan, who have introduced a couple of players with potential in 2018.
