Allianz Hurling League Quarter-Final

Wexford v Galway, Innovate Wexford Park, 3pm

The weather wreaked havoc in the south east last weekend, but this re-fixture still carries intrigue.

Satisfied to have retained Division 1A status, Wexford want to stay in the competition ahead of what promises to be a fascinating Leinster Championship.

Last year Galway really started to generate momentum at this stage of the League when embarking on a daring comeback mission against Waterford.

That afternoon at Pearse Stadium suggested there was steel to mix with Galway's undoubted skill. Another test is set for Saturday.

WEXFORD: Mark Fanning; Damien Reck, Liam Ryan, Simon Donohue; Paudie Foley, Matthew O'Hanlon, Diarmuid O'Keeffe; Kevin Foley, Shaun Murphy; Jack O'Connor, Conor McDonald, Paul Morris; Cathal Dunbar, Rory O'Connor, David Dunne.
