Shane O'Donnell (Clare)

Shane O'Donnell's four point haul from play was critical for Clare, who had sufficient class to overcome Wexford at Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Saturday afternoon.

O'Donnell's selflessness has been a real feature of Clare's play in recent campaigns, but he struck important scores on the banks of the Lee.

Richie Hogan (Kilkenny)

Despite being plagued by a back injury Richie Hogan still remains one of the most accomplished performers in the game.

A typically defiant Kilkenny display featuring 1-3 from Hogan wasn't enough to stop Limerick, who now face Cork in an intriguing All Ireland semi-final at the end of the month.

Tom Morrissey (Limerick)

With his brother Dan also prominent, Tom Morrissey was a hugely influential figure for Limerick against Kilkenny at Semple Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

John Kiely's charges are enjoying a fine campaign with Morrissey's four points helping to steer the Treatymen to a famous win over Kilkenny in Thurles.
