Wednesday March 22

EirGrid Leinster Under 21 Championship Semi-Final

Dublin v Longford, St Loman's, Mullingar, 7.30pm

Encouraged by a fine win over Kildare, Longford will be hoping to test Dublin in Mullingar.

Con O'Callaghan is a opportunistic finisher for Dublin, who proved too strong for Westmeath in the last round.

Aaron Byrne bagged goals in either half of that match as Dublin cruised to a 2-14 to 0-6 success in the midlands.

Longford made an excellent start when defeating a fancied Kildare outfit at the Quarter-Final stage.

Nigel Rabbitt struck a brace of goals for Longford, while Conor Berry was another to impress.

DUBLIN: Evan Comerford; Eoin Murchan, Cillian O'Shea, Darren Byrne; Shane Clayton, Sean McMahon, Cian Murphy; Andy Foley, Donal McIlgorm; Brian Howard, Aaron Byrne, Colm Basquel; Stephen Smyth, Con O'Callaghan, Tom Fox.

EirGrid Connacht Under 21 Championship Semi-Final

Roscommon v Sligo, Kiltoom, 7.30pm

Having made significant improvements at Post Primary level Sligo are anxious to enjoy a productive Under 21 campaign.

Managed by former senior star Paul Taylor Sligo's panel includes Gerard O'Kelly-Lynch, Paddy O'Connor, captain Darragh Cummins, and the exciting Kyle Cawley.

Roscommon's Brian Stack and Hubert Darcy are highly rated players for the home side, who have contested the last seven provincial finals at this level, winning four.

EirGrid Ulster Under 21 Championship Quarter-Final replay

Donegal v Tyrone, Ballybofey, 8pm

Extra-time couldn't separate the teams in Omagh last Wednesday so another gripping game is expected.

A last gasp Lee Brennan point in extra-time forced a replay following an eventful encounter

Eoghan Ban Gallagher had guided Donegal into the lead in the closing stages, but Tyrone survived.

An equally tight and tense second contest is anticipated in Ballybofey with the winners facing Cavan at the penultimate stage in the province.
