Lámh Dhearg staged a dramatic comeback to overcame Aghagallon.

Portglenone were comprehensive winners over Sarsfields. while St John's overcame Ballymena All Saints to earn a quarter-final spot.

St Brigid's enjoyed a convincing win over St Gall's, while Rossa beat Con Magees in a goal laden encounter.

Armagh

It was a busy weekend of Armagh SFC action. Culloville, Clan na Gael, Madden, and Dromintee all registered victories.

Mullaghbawn overcame Carrickcruppen on Saturday, while the previous evening Killeavy impressed when overcoming Silverbridge, 1-18 to 1-7.

Granemore were 1-12 to 0-13 victors over Armagh Harps.

Carlow

Palatine held off Grange's spirited challenge to claim a vital Carlow SFC victory.

Adam McCarron scored 3-6 as Éire Óg cruised to a win over Fenagh. Jamie Clarke's last gasp point ensured Bagenlstown Gaels beat Mount Leinster Rangers by the minimum.

Rathvilly produced a dynamic display as they beat reigning champions Old Leighlin 0-22 to 0-5.

Clare

The draw for the Clare SHC was made following an absorbing weekend of games.

Éire Óg, winners in 2025, meet Wolfe Tones, who're enjoying a productive campaign.

Inagh-Kilnamona face Cratloe, while Scariff meet Clooney-Quin in the last eight.

Clonlara's encounter against Kilmaley should be lively too as the race to secure the Canon Hamilton Cup continues.

Cork

There was no shortage of important games in the Cork SHC at the weekend.

Glen Rovers earned a crucial win over Kanturk, while Blackrock maintained their good form, beating Fr O'Neill's.

Midleton edged out Newcestown 1-18 to 1-17, while Sarsfields overcame Newtownshandrum.

St Finbarr's were 3-21 to 1-18 victors over Bride Rovers, and Charleville defeated Douglas.

Derry

In the Derry SHC Qualifier Round, Kevin Lynchs and Lavey recorded wins.

Slaughtneil and Ballinascreen impressed in the winners section, defeating Banagher and Na Magha.

Donegal

Shea Malone was prominent as Naomh Conaill delivered an excellent display to beat Termon.

An in-form Glenswilly, without Michael Murphy, overcame Killybegs, while Kilcar beat Glenfin 2-16 to 2-11. Gaoth Dobhair drew with Seán MacCumhaills.

The draw for the round four set of matches was made on Sunday.

Loughlinisland triumphed against Castlewellan, Clonduff defeated Downpatrick, while Carryduff edged out Mayobridge.

Dublin

Cian O'Connor, Shane Horan, and Padraig Purcell netted goals as Kilmacud Crokes defeated Whitehall Colmcille in the Dublin SFC.

Na Fianna, with Conor McHugh landing crucial scores, beat Raheny, while Jack Lundy's goal was decisive as Ballinteer St John's defeated Clontart.

Cuala, prompted by Con O'Callaghan, Templeogue Synge Street, Thomas Davis, Ballymun Kickhams, and Ballyboden St Enda's also gleaned wins at the weekend.

Galway

In Group One of the Galway SHC, Loughrea survived a tough test against Moycullen, while Tommy Larkins defeated Gort.

Craughwell edged out Liam Mellows in Group Two, while Clarinbridge are top following a win over Cappataggle.

St Thomas' made it back to back victories, overcoming Castlegar, while Sarsfields defeated Oranmore-Maree.

Athenry and Turloughmore beat Ardrahan and Killimorday in Group Four.

Kerry

The Kerry Senior Club Football Championship quarter-final pairings were confirmed.

A double header will take place at Fitzgerald Stadium next Saturday with Kenmare Shamrocks meeting Milltown/Castlemaine, while Rathmore clash with Austin Stacks.

Dr Crokes and Na Gaeil await the winners of those matches in the last four.

Kildare

Athy enjoyed a comprehensive win over Kilcock in the Kildare SFC.

Clogherinkoe, Raheens, Celbridge, Maynooth, Naas, and Sarsfields won opening round fixtures.

On Friday, Clane drew with Johnstownbridge.

Laois

In Round Three of the Laois SFC, Killeshin, O'Dempseys, Ballyroan Abbey, and Stradbally all secured victories.

Killeshin's 0-21 to 1-14 success over Graiguecullen sets up a quarter-final clash against Portlaoise.

Leitrim

Barry McNulty scored 1-7 as Glencar-Manorhamilton defeated Allen Gaels in the Leitrim SFC.

Holders Leitrim Gaels defeated Fenagh to earn a place in the knock-out stages.

Mohill and Ballinamore Seán O'Heslins were also victorious at the weekend.

Limerick

Mike McMahon's two goals were important as Newcastle West defeated Galtee Gaels in the Limerick SFC.

Holders Mungret St Paul's, Fr Casey's and Ballylanders also chalked up victories, while Rathkeale drew with Adare.

Longford

In the Longford SHC, Wolfe Tones were comprehensive winners over Clonguish Gaels.

Wolfe Tones will now place Longford Slashers in the decider on September 6.

Louth

The Louth SFC commenced with St Joseph's and Dundalk Gaels registering wins.

Ciaran Downey kicked a couple of two pointers as Newtown Blues defeated Dreadnots.

Ardee St Mary's and St Mochta's meet in Darver on Monday evening.

Mayo

A win for Castlebar Mitchels over Ballina Stephenites on Friday evening knocked the 2025 champions out in Mayo.

Aghamore drew with Crossmolina Deel Rovers, while Eoin McGreal's goal was the key score in Garrymore's success against Balla.

Breaffy overcame Belmullet and Ballintubber defeated Mayo Gaels.

There was plenty of excitement as Claremorris beat Westport 1-28 to 6-11, while Knockmore were comfortable winners against Ballaghaderreen.

Charlestown were 2-11 to 1-11 victors over Kilmeena.

Meath

Summerhill enjoyed a fine 3-24 to 1-14 win over St Peter's, Dunboye in the Meath SFC.

Ballinabrackey, Donaghmore-Ashbourne, Rathkenny, Gaeil Colmcille, Skyrne, Ratoath, and Wolfe Tones also chalked up victories during a busy stint of action.

Monaghan

In Group One of the Monaghan SFC, Scotstown and Carrickmacross defeated Latton and Corduff.

Cremartin beat Magheracloone 1-18 to 2-14 in Group B, while Castleblayney impressed in their success over Clontibret.

Offaly

Kilcormac-Killoughey finished strongly to defeat a spirited St Rynagh's outfit.

Despite the loss, Rynagh's, Belmont, Birr, and Ballinamere have already secured a passage into the knock-out stages.

Tullamore defeated Lusmagh on Saturday with Shinrone overcoming Belmont.

Birr impressed against Kinnity with Ailbe Watkins contributing 1-10 for the winners.

Roscommon

Four Roads, Athleague, and Tremane were winners in Round Five of the Roscommon SHC at the weekend.

Tremane and Four Roads advance to the semi-final stages. In the quarter-finals Oran meet Pádraig Pearses, while Athleague face St Dominic's.

Sligo

Tourlestrane, Shamrock Gaels, and Drumcliffe-Rosses Point earned wins in the Sligo SFC.

On Sunday in Group Two, Coolera-Strandhill drew with Easkey.

Drumcliffe-Rosses Point have won four matches in a row to secure a knockout berth.

Tipperary

Critical matches were on the agenda in a keenly contested Tipperary SHC.

Moycarkey-Borris, Loughmore-Castleiney, Nenagh Éire Óg, JK Brackens, Holycross-Ballycahill, Thurles Sarsfields, Kiladangan, and Cashel King Cormacs all claimed victories.

The upcoming preliminary quarter-finals will provide further drama.

Waterford

Holders Ballygunner and Fourmilewater will contest the Waterford SHC Final.

Fourmilewater are set for a first senior decider appearance following a splendid 2-16 to 0-17 victory over Roanmore.

Tholom Guiry and Liam O'Brien netted the goals for Fourmilewater.

Ballygunner, who are looking to make it 13 Waterford titles in a row, beat De La Salle 1-27 to 0-14 on Saturday.

Westmeath

In Round Four of the Westmeath SHC, Raharney, Delvin, and Lough Lene Gaels were victorious.

Raharney and Lough Lene Gaels have claimed maximum points so far.

Wexford

Naomh Enna, St Anne's Rathangan, Shelmaliers, Ferns St Aidan's, Oylegate-Glenbrien, and Oulart-The Ballagh triumphed in the Wexford SHC at the weekend.

Shelmaliers top Group A with nine points accumulated, while Rathnure won four of their five fixtures in Group B.

Rapparrees and St Mogue's Fethard finish bottom and will meet in a relegation final.

Wicklow

Holders Carnew Emmets were beaten by Glenealy in the Wicklow SHC.

Bray Emmets were convincing winners over Aughrim, and Kiltegan overcame Éire Óg 2-21 to 1-12.
