Donal Cooney

Donal Cooney discusses his father’s involvement in the Armagh GAA and then in Wicklow. He goes on to tell of his career and how it influenced his involvement in the GAA. He speaks about playing hurling for Wicklow and his siblings and their various achievements. He talks about the great players he admired over the years and of his enjoyment at watching his grandchildren carrying on the family interest in Gaelic games. Finally he discusses how important the GAA has been in his life.
