The promising Seymour struck 2-5 including a splendid sideline cut as Tipp stormed to victory against Cork.
It was a dramatic week for Jake Morris, who followed up his All Ireland senior success with a national Under 20 title.
The Nenagh Eire Og clubman contributed eight points, including four from play for the blue and gold outfit.
Andrew Ormond was in excellent form during Tipperary's emphatic win over Cork.
The lively forward nailed 1-2 from play and was a constant threat for Liam Cahill's talented team.
