Tipperary chalked up another impressive win to secure a place in the Co-op Supsertores Munster Hurling League Final.

Having already defeated All Ireland champions Limerick before Christmas, Tipperary will meet the winners of Sunday's clash between Waterford and Clare in the decider.

Liam Sheedy's outfit dominated the opening period accumulating a 3-14 to 0-7 interval advantage.

Though Kerry were gritty initially Tipperary still led by 0-9 to 0-6 at the end of the first quarter before goals from Jason Forde, Mark Kehoe, Noel McGrath put the Premier County into a commanding position.

Two minutes after the restart Patrick 'Bonner' Maher added a fourth goal for Tipperary in front of 1,186 spectators.

Fintan O'Connor's Kerry battled until the end with Shane Conway plundering a late consolation, but Tipperary closed out the deal.
