WATCH: Bord Gáis Energy GAA Legends Tour Series - Declan Browne

Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the hugely popular Bord Gáis Energy GAA Legends Tour Series will continue online again in 2021, providing fans with a fascinating insight into the careers of eight legendary GAA figures.

This virtual approach proved popular with GAA fans last year and the format enabled the GAA Museum to capture the essence of the on-site Legends Tour Series and to reach an even wider audience.

Similar to the traditional tours, the players will be interviewed by a GAA Museum tour guide about their career, giving people a tour through their earliest memories of playing Gaelic Games, lining out for club and county, their heroes and their Croke Park memories, with the public able to watch online.

This week’s Bord Gáis Energy GAA Legend is former Tipperary footballer, Declan Browne.

A two-time All-Star, he was one of the greatest forwards of his generation and in 2005 captained the Tipperary footballers to victory over Wexford in the Tommy Murphy Cup Final in Croke Park.
