Leitrim v Tipperary, Avantcard Pairc Sean MacDiarmada, 2pm

Louth v Down, Dowdalshill, 2pm

Down will join Cork in Division Two next year.

At the opposite end of the table, Louth have already been relegated ensuring Tipperary, Offaly, and Leitrim are all battling to avoid the drop.

Offaly's match with Derry at Bord Na Mona O'Connor Park is a crucial contest for John Maughan's team with the stakes piled high.

Offaly know that a home success will be sufficient to retain Division Three status.

In Carrick-on-Shannon Leitrim, eager to remain at this level also, host Tipperary, who chalked up a good victory over Offaly.

Conor Sweeney's excellence in attack was central to that blue and gold triumph.

David Power's team have accumulated five points, and a further two will guarantee safety.

Down have secured promotion following the postponement of Longford's clash with Cork.

Neighbours Louth, though, will be hoping to terminate a 2020 losing streak this weekend ahead of the Leinster Championship.
