A year ago Clare’s Allianz League was hampered by Ballyea’s All Ireland Club Final appearance, but those players are available from the outset of the competition in 2018.

Aron Shanagher’s injury and Aaron Cunningham’s trip to Australia ensure Clare will be without two decent attackers.

This is an important year for the Banner, but Tipperary will also be anxious to enjoy some success themselves even though the prolific Seamus Callanan is set to miss the majority of the League.
