Electric Ireland All Ireland Minor Hurling Championship Quarter-Finals

Saturday July 23

Antrim v Galway, Kingspan Breffni Park, 3pm

Holders Galway, featuring 10 of last year's All Ireland winning panel, face Antrim at Kingspan Breffni Park on Saturday afternoon.

Jack Fitzpatrick, Cianan Fahy, Jack Coyne, and Evan Niland all started the 2015 September decider against Tipperary, while Liam Forde, Ross Malone, and Cian Salmon were introduced as substitutes.

With such an array of talent Galway will be expected to book a place in the semi-finals.

Antrim defeated Down by 2-15 to 0-11 in the Ulster Final on July 10.

Despite trailing by four points as the interval approached Antrim recovered to emerge convincing victors.

Conal Doherty-Cunning contributed 0-10, while Donal McKernan and Peter McCallin grabbed goals late on.

Sunday July 24

Limerick v Wexford, Semple Stadium, 12pm

Limerick, disappointed to be so comprehensively beaten by Tipperary in the Munster showpiece, will be hoping to produce a much improved display against Wexford at Semple Stadium.

Kyle Hayes and Conor Boylan were prominent for Limerick, who were outwitted by a dominant Tipperary outfit.

Paul O'Brien, Finn Hourigan, and Cian Magnier Flynn are other key figures for Limerick.

Wexford conceded two goals in the closing five minutes as Dublin won a tight Leinster Final.

Rory O'Connor scored five points in that game, while Conal Flood is also rated as a good prospect.
