Allianz Hurling League Division 1 Quarter-Finals decided

Next weekend's Allianz Hurling League Division One Quarter-Finals are now set in stone after today's final round of group matches in Divisions 1A and Divisions 1B.

Tipperary still topped the Division 1A table despite their defeat to Cork and will play Offaly who finished fourth in Division 1B thanks to a hard-fought two-point win over Kerry. There will be a coin-toss to determine who has home advantage.

Cork's one-point victory over Tipperary means they finished second in Division 1A ahead of Waterford in third because of a superior head to head record.

The Rebels will play Limerick who lost to Galway today and finished third in Division 1B. There will be a coin-toss to determine who has home advantage.

Waterford's win over Clare today saw them finish third in Division 1A and they will now play Galway in the quarter-finals. Once again, there will be a coin-toss to determine who has home advantage.

Kilkenny's win over Dublin saw them finish fourth in Division 1A and earn a quarter-final clash with Division 1B table-toppers Wexford.

That match will be played in Nowlan Park because Kilkenny have only played two home matches so far this year in the League whereas Wexford have played three.

The winners of the Tipperary v Offaly quarter-final will play the winners of the Kilkenny v Wexford quarter-final in the semi-finals, while the winners of the Cork v Limerick will play the winners of Waterford v Galway.

Clare and Dublin will contest the Division 1A Relegation Play-Off and there will be a coin-toss to determine which team has home advantage.

Laois and Kerry will contest the Division 1B Relegation Play-Off and Laois will have home advantage because they hvae only played two home matches thus far in the League whereas Kerry have played three.

Carlow and Antrim will contest the Division 2A Final with the winner earning promotion to Division 1B. Armagh have been relegated from Division 2A to Division 2B.

Meath and Wicklow will meet in the Division 2B Final to see who replaces Armagh in Division 2A, while Roscommon and Mayo will contest the Division 2B relegation play-off.

Donegal and Tyrone will meet in the Division 3A Final with the winners gaining promotion to Division 2B, while Warwickshire and Longford will contest teh Division 3B Final.

All dates, times, and venues for all of next weekend's Allianz hurling League matches will be confirmed by the CCCC on Monday afternoon.
