The GAA today announced details of the dates, times and venues for Round 1 of the GAA Football All-Ireland Senior Championship Qualifiers.
The pick of the Round 1 ties, the all-Ulster clash between Donegal and Armagh, has been fixed for Crossmaglen at 3.30pm on Saturday, June 26.
However, no decision has been made on the date, time and venue for the meeting between London and Wexford or the game between Tipperary and the losers of next Saturday’s Leinster GAA Football Senior Championship replay between Laois and Meath.
The six other Round 1 games will all be played on Saturday, June 26. Offaly play Clare in Tullamore, while Derry and Carlow play at Dr Cullen Park, with both games throwing in at 5.00pm.
The three remaining ties throw in at 7.00pm, as Longford play Mayo at Pearse Park. Antrim travel to Newbridge to play Kildare and Wicklow face Cavan in Kingspan Breffni Park in a repeat of last year’s Round 2 game.
Meanwhile, the GAA Hurling All-Ireland Phase 1 Qualifier clash between Carlow and Laois has been fixed for Dr Cullen Park at 7pm on the same date; the winners will meet Antrim at Casement Park on Saturday, July 3 at 3.30pm.
