AIB All Ireland Club Final

Corofin (Galway) v Nemo Rangers (Cork), Croke Park, 2pm

An eagerly anticipated encounter between two proud clubs, who have sampled St Patrick's Day glory previously.

Nemo remain the most decorated football club with seven titles, while Corofin triumphed in 1998 and 2015.

The majority of the victorious team three years ago are still heavily involved alonsgide some emerging talent.

Corofin eventually shrugged off Moorefield's spirited resistance at the penultimate stage, while Nemo defeated Slaughtneil in an epic.

That match confirmed Nemo's pedigree with Luke Connolly precise in attack. Tomas O Se and Paul Kerrigan also contributed handsomely for Nemo.

Corofin will be looking to Kieran Fitzgerald, an All Ireland winner back in 2001 with Galway, Michael Farragher, Micheal Lundy, Gary Sice, and Ian Burke for inspiration.

Allianz Football League Division One

Kerry v Kildare, Austin Stack Park, 7pm

A League campaign that started with such promise for Kerry has turned slightly following three straight defeats.

The manner of the Dublin loss was worrying so Eamonn Fitzmaurice will be demanding an instant response.

Kildare have suffered five reversals on the spin so this match carries huge important for the Lilywhites too. Cian O'Neill's Lilywhites need to register a victory to have any hope of avoiding the drop.

Allianz Football League Division Two

Cork v Clare, Pairc Ui Rinn, 7pm

In a cluttered Division Two Cork and Clare could both earn promotion or be relegated.

That captures how competitive an evironment this group is, but Cork will be encouraged following a solid away win over Meath.

Colm O'Neill was in splendid scoring form for Ronan McCarthy's team, but Clare will be eager to make an impact down by the banks of the Lee.

Clare have won one, drawn two, and lost two of their five matches, but Colm Collins' outfit will be primed for this match.

Sunday March 18

Allianz Football League Division One

Monaghan v Donegal, Clones, 2pm

These two teams have participated in some lively Ulster Championship battles in recent years, but Donegal require a positive result.

Monaghan's chances of reaching the final were dealt a blow in Salthill last Sunday when Galway governed most of the second half.

Still, though, it has been a satisfactory campaign so far for Malachy O'Rourke's charges.

Donegal's performances have been adequate, but only one win has been posted. That statistic must improve in the coming weeks if relegation is to be avoided.

MONAGHAN: Rory Beggan; Colin Walshe, Conor Boyle, Kieran Duffy; Ryan Wylie, Drew Wylie, Karl O'Connell; Kieran Hughes, Niall Kearns; Dessie Ward, Dermot Malone, Ryan McAnespie; Jack McCarron, Micheal Brannigan, Conor McManus.

Mayo v Tyrone, Elverys MacHale Park, 2pm

Another game with severe relegation implications, but both teams were boosted by morale boosting wins last weekend.

Niall Sludden and Mark Bradley struck goals for Tyrone in their vital victory over Donegal, while Aidan O'Shea and Andy Moran were prominent as Mayo outfoxed Kildare.

That was a hugely important triumph for the Green and Red, who will want to give a passionate home audience something to cheer in Castlebar.

TYRONE: Mickey O'Neill; Hugh Pat McGeary, Padraig Hampsey, Cathal McCarron; Conor Meyler, Frank Burns, Peter Harte; Colm Cavanagh, Padraig McNulty; Mattie Donnelly, Niall Sludden, Cathal McShane; Lee Brennan, Connor McAliskey, Mark Bradley.

Galway v Dublin, Pearse Stadium, 2pm

Galway and Dublin carry flawless 2018 records into Sunday's game in Salthill.

Kevin Walsh's charges have enjoyed a productive return to Division One winning five matches on the spin.

For a team that hasn't operated in the top tier since 2011 it is a fair achievement with Damien Comer a potent threat.

Dublin proved too strong for Kerry at Croke Park last Sunday with Ciaran Kilkenny and Niall Scully netting goals. It was another reminder of Dublin's considerable ability and they will relish the trip out west.

Diamruid Murtagh is in top form for Roscommon.

Allianz Football League Division Two

Down v Tipperary, Pairc Esler, 2pm

Tipperary were at their free flowing best when beating Louth last Sunday to ensure they are seriously in the promotion hunt.

Down were gritty initially against Cavan before the home team seized the initiative at Kingspan Breffni on Saturday.

Now Eamonn Burns' panel want to escape relegation so this is an important game.

TIPPERARY: Ciaran Kenrick; Alan Campbell, Paddy Codd, John Meagher; Bill Maher, Robbie Kiely, Jimmy Feehan; Steven O'Brien, Liam Casey; Josh Keane, Jason Lonergan, Brian Fox; Conor Sweeney, Michael Quinlivan, Liam McGrath.

Louth v Meath, Gaelic Grounds, 2pm

A youthful Louth outfit were comprehensively outplayed by Tipperary, while Meath suffered against Cork in Navan.

Ultimately it means the Royals face a crucial contest against neighbours Louth in Drogheda.

Meath have endured three tough defeats in a row and Andy McEntee's team crave a victory.

Roscommon v Cavan, Dr Hyde Park, 2pm

An attractive encounter at the Hyde between the top two in the Division.

Gearoid McKiernan's delightful four point haul prompted Cavan to a fine win over Down last Saturday maintaining their unbeaten run the campaign.

Roscommon, though, have only lost once and Donie Smith was in blistering form during their win over Clare.

ROSCOMMON: James Featherston; David Murray, Peter Domican, Fergal Lennon; Ronan Daly, Brian Stack, Niall Daly; Tadhg O'Rourke, Cathal Compton; Ciarain Murtagh, Niall Kilroy, Conor Devaney; Donie Smith, Ciaran Lennon, Diarmuid Murtagh.

CAVAN: James Farrelly; Jason McLoughlin, Padraig Faulkner, Conor Brady; Martin Reilly, Ciaran Brady, Enda Flanagan; Killian Clarke, Bryan Magee; Dara McVeety, Conor Moynagh, Oisin Kiernan; Niall Clerkin, Gearoid McKiernan, Caoimhin O'Reilly.

Allianz Football League Division Three

Longford v Westmeath, Glennon Brothers Pearse Park, 2pm

An interesting midlands derby is imminent with both teams in the promotion mix.

Westmeath's win over Fermanagh, inspired by John Heslin in the second period, ensures Colin Kelly's team are well positioned.

Under Kelly, Westmeath have won seven out of eight Bord Na Mona O'Byrne Cup and Allianz Leagues matches.

Dennis Connerton's Longford, though, remain a resourceful team and have accumulated seven points so far.

Fermanagh v Armagh, Brewster Park, 2pm

This promises to be a lively tussle as Armagh seek to preserve their 100% record.

Fermanagh were beaten by Westmeath last Sunday so Rory Gallagher will hope for a gutsy response on home turf.

Armagh's Andrew Murnin and Ethan Rafferty have been in good scoring form so Fermanagh will need to be diligent against the visitors' direct approach.

Derry v Wexford, Celtic Park, 1pm

Damien McErlain's Derry require a victory to edge away from the relegation zone.

Wexford have delivered a string of plucky performances to no avail. Can the Model County finally carve out a win in Derry?

Offaly v Sligo, Bord Na Mona O'Connor Park, 3pm

Offaly opened their account last weekend and know that another win needs to be posted in Tullamore.

Sligo earned a draw against Longford, a point that may become especially valuable next weekend.

This match is crucial for Offaly and Sligo so it should be a keenly contested affair.

Allianz Football League Division Four

Antrim v Carlow, Corrigan Park, 1pm

Two of the three teams in the Division Four promotion hunt collide in Belfast.

Turlough O'Brien's Carlow have been enterprising and efficient, but their remaining matches against Antrim and neighbours Laois will be defining.

Lenny Harbinson is a shrewd operator and Antrim know that a strong finish in the next fortnight will be enough to reclaim Division Three status.

Wicklow v Limerick, Aughrim, 2pm

Limerick earned their first League win of the year against Waterford last Saturday evening.

That was a good boost for Billy Lee's team, who want to generate some momentum ahead of the Munster Championship.

John Evans' Wicklow have drawn two and lost three of their five fixtures so they want to earn a victory themselves.

Waterford v Leitrim, Fraher Field, 2pm

There has been nothing wrong with Waterford's attitude or application, but they haven't tasted an Allianz League win in 2018.

A harrowing one point reversal to Limerick was a setback, but they will feel that victory can be attained against a youthful Leitrim.

The visitors have invested heavily in emerging talent under Brendan Guckian and this will be an awkward assignment.

WATERFORD: David Whitty; Conor McCarthy, Thomas O'Gorman, Jack Mullaney; Aidan Trihy, Shane Ryan, Gary Cullinane; Michael Curry, Tommy Prendergast; Jason Curry, Gavin Crotty, Dylan Guiry; Joey Veale, Conor Murray, Caoimhain Maguire.
