With Ciarain Murtagh to the fore Roscommon edged nearer to promotion by beating Cavan.

Now Kevin McStay's team want to close the deal on home turf, but Cork are dangerous opposition.

Cork have won three and lost three, but they have the ability to cause problems when in the mood.

Roscommon, though, have shown some encouraging signs in their recent successes over Clare and Cavan.
