GAA.ie Hurler of the Week nominations.

There was no shortage of Leinster or Munster Championship drama on Sunday as Kilkenny, Wexford, Cork, and Limerick all carved out important wins.

This week's nominees are Rory O'Connor (Wexford), Darragh Fitzgibbon (Cork), and Diarmuid Byrnes (Limerick).

The voting process is simple: like their image on the GAA's official Instagram pages.

Voting will close at 10am on Tuesday May 22 and the winner will be announced on GAA.ie.

Rory O'Connor (Wexford)

When the pressure was really on Rory O'Connor delivered in style as Wexford secured a vital Leinster Senior Hurling Championship victory over Dublin.

A daring Dublin rally put the visitors ahead at Innovate Wexford Park, but O'Connor rifled over two crucial scores before Harry Kehoe sealed the deal.

Darragh Fitzgibbon (Cork)

Darragh Fitzgibbon's emergence has added dynamism and drive to Cork, who earned a fine win over Clare at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

The hard working Fitzgibbon contributed three points for Cork, who finished strongly to claim the spoils down by the banks of the Lee.

Diarmuid Byrnes (Limerick)

Diarmuid Byrnes remains one of the sweetest long range strikers in the game and provided plenty of evidence at the Gaelic Grounds.

Byrnes mined three points, two from frees and one from a '65, as Limerick enjoyed a hugely encouraging start to their summer by beating neighbours Tipperary.
