Electric Ireland Ulster Minor Football Championship Quarter-Finals

Armagh 2-14 Cavan 1-12

Monaghan 1-13 Down 0-11

Donegal 2-11 Antrim 2-7

Armagh were always in control against Cavan at Kingspan Breffni Park.

Paul McGrane's team scored an early goal courtesy of Rian O'Neill as Armagh went in 1-7 to 0-6 ahead at the break.

A James Smith goal gave Cavan hope, but Callum O'Neill responded with a second major for the visitors.

James Wilson bagged the only goal of the game as Monaghan earned a good win over Down.

Ahead 1-6 to 0-2 at the interval Monaghan assumed a commanding position and Down just couldn't recover fully.

Down did get to within four points of the victors, but Monaghan, prompted by David Gartland and Declan Murdock held on.

Niall O'Donnell's 2-5 haul ensured Donegal survived a tricky Antrim test at Corrigan Park.

Eamon Fyffe  impressed for the Saffrons, who caused Donegal plenty of problems during an eventful encounter.
