Jack O'Connor's last gasp point earned Kerry a dramatic win over Cork at Austin Stack Park in Tralee.

In a thrilling finish Cork had equalised courtesy of a goal from the excellent Conor Corbett late on, but Kerry recovered to advance. At the interval the teams were level, 1-3 to 0-6, following an early Paul Walsh major.

Cork, inspired by Corbett, battled until the end, but Kerry prevailed by the narrowest of margins. 

Shane Meehan drilled over two late points for Clare, who defeated Tipperary at Semple Stadium.

Max Hackett's goal ensured Tipperary led by 1-2 to 0-4 at the interval, but Clare responded after the restart.

Kevin Keane rattled the Tipperary net, while Meehan struck in the closing stages for Clare.
