Crokes and Nemo win in Munster

AIB Munster Club SFC Semi-Finals

DR CROKES 2-19 KILMURRY-IBRICKANE 0-10

NEMO RANGERS 2-17 ADARE 0-4

There was never any sign of a shock down south as Dr Crokes and Nemo Rangers set up an attractive decider.

All Ireland champions Crokes were firmly in command on home turf against Kilmurry-Ibrickane.

Johnny Buckley and Kieran O'Leary scored Crokes' goals, while Colm Cooper notched nine points, including three from play.

Leading by 1-11 to 0-4 at half-time, Crokes were always in charge against Kilmurry-Ibrickane, who were prompted by the effective Mark McCarthy.

In Mallow Paul Kerrigan was in excellent form for Nemo Rangers, who cruised to victory against Adare.

Kerrigan struck six points, while Barry O'Driscoll and Luke Connolly netted goals for Nemo.

The Cork champions were 2-6 to 0-2 in front at half-time and they continued to dominate in the second period.
