Many people secretly wonder if their drinking is a problem. So how much is too too much?
The guidelines for low risk drinking are up to 14 units a week for a woman and 21 units for a man, spread out over the course of a week. It’s important to keep two/three days alcohol free.
The questionnaire below will give you a good idea if your drinking is harmful to you or the people around you. It might be best if you do this privately and it is important that you answer all the questions honestly.
